More on the How I use my Migraine Diary
Those of us who have migraines have all heard how tracking a set of facts in a diary can help. For a small sidetrack, I refuse to call this thing a ‘headache diary’ because as I’ve noted before, these are not typical headaches and shouldn’t be referred to as such. That said, I talked briefly about starting a migraine diary in Recognize Your Migraine Triggers, but that was a minimal start to what I’ve been researching you need in a determined migraine diary effort.
After reviewing some additional online sources, I’ve decided to track the following in my migraine
